Refund Policy for Tony’s Trolley Tours
Effective Date: February 24, 2025
At Tony’s Trolley Tours, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your tour booking, please refer to our refund policy outlined below:
1. Cancellation by Customer

If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations must be made via email no later than two weeks prior to the event date. There is a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve the trolley for the requested date and time.
2. Cancellation by Tony’s Trolley Tours

In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, mechanical failure, or other reasons beyond our control, we will allow you to reschedule for another available date.
3. No Show

If you fail to show up for your scheduled tour and do not provide notice of cancellation, your booking is considered a "no-show," and no refund will be issued.
4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

If the original payment method is unavailable or if there are any issues processing the refund, we will reach out to you to resolve the matter.
5. Weather-Related Cancellations

While we strive to provide tours in all weather conditions, safety is our priority. If weather conditions (e.g., snow, thunderstorms, etc.) force us to cancel a tour, we will offer you the option to reschedule.

If weather conditions are not deemed unsafe and you choose to cancel or not show up, the cancellation policy above will apply.
