Terms and Conditions for Tony’s Trolley Tours

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tony’s Trolley Tours website (“Website”) and services provided by Tony’s Trolley Tours (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Website.

1. Booking and Reservations

  • To book a trolley tour with Tony’s Trolley Tours, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, and payment information.

  • All reservations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is require to reserve the trolly for the requested date and time. Final balance payments for tours are due in cash at the start of the event however if paying by check the balance will be due two weeks prior to event day. There is a $50.00 charge for returned checks. 

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior

  • In the event that a tour is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, technical issues), we will offer to reschedule the tour at your convenience.

  • Any rights to a refund or cancellation are subject to the applicable consumer protection laws in the State of Pennsylvania.

3. User Conduct

  • You agree to use our Website and services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Website to:

    • Violate any local, state, or national laws.

    • Impersonate any person or entity or mislead others about your identity.

    • Engage in any form of harassment or disruption of the services provided by Tony’s Trolley Tours.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is owned by Tony’s Trolley Tours or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the content of the Website without our written consent.

5. Liability

  • Tony’s Trolley Tours is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website or participation in any trolley tour, except as required by law.

  • You agree to participate in our tours at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour.
