Cancellation Policy
At Tony’s Trolley Tours (TTT), we prioritize customer satisfaction while maintaining the integrity of our vehicle. The following policies apply to all charters. Reservations & Payment A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the trolley. The remaining balance is due in cash on the event day before service begins. If paying by check, full payment must be received at least two weeks prior to the event. Charter Rules Vehicle & Driver – TTT provides the designated vehicle and driver at the agreed time, date, and location. Additional Time – Extra time is $62.50 per half-hour, payable in cash on the event day, and is subject to availability. Passenger Limit – The number of passengers must not exceed the contracted limit or vehicle capacity. Lost Items – TTT is not responsible for lost, forgotten, stolen, or damaged belongings. Prohibited Activities Illegal drugs, smoking, and underage alcohol consumption are strictly forbidden. Standing in the aisle or hanging out of windows is not allowed. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of service without a refund. Delays & Unforeseen Issues – TTT is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, accidents, or other uncontrollable factors. Decorations & Modifications – No items may be attached to the vehicle’s interior or exterior without prior approval. Damage & Cleaning Fees Customers are responsible for damage or excessive cleaning caused by their group, including but not limited to smoking-related damage, burns, vomiting, stains, or broken glass. Charges must be paid within seven (7) days of the event. Customers agree to cover collection fees, attorney costs, and related expenses if payment is not received. Policy Violations – Failure to follow these rules will result in service termination without refund, and full payment remains due. By booking with TTT, you agree to these terms.
